Acupuncture is an ancient East Asian technique that inserts fine needles into the body to improve normal physiology and treat ailments. The needles encourage blood and lymph flow, activate the immune system, and regulate the central nervous system. We customize treatment to address your unique conditions and goals. Opt for acupuncture services alone or combine acupuncture with cupping or guasha and massage.
Community Acupuncture & Massage
Acupuncture and massage support wellness. Combine the two therapies to address your allergies, colds, acute infection, digestive disorders, pain, anxiety, addiction, stress, insomnia, brain fog and headaches. Heal your body in a community setting with 30 minutes of personalized acupuncture and a 20-minute targeted massage in a group setting. (Note: This service is currently unavailable due to COVID social distancing precautions. We hope to bring it back soon.)

Five-Needle Protocol (5NP) Ear Acupuncture
Promote relaxation, improve sleep, and decrease pain with our 5 Needle Protocol therapy. Acudetox ear acupuncture can also regulate your nervous system for better digestion, less anxiety, muscle tension, and post-traumatic stress (PTS). This may be added to any bodywork session for $25.
