Heartwood fees are organized with a therapist-based pricing model.  Prices reflect the maturity of the therapists’ practice at our studio, their professional experience and training.  Our team is composed of therapists who are client and results driven, service oriented and dedicated to honing their manual therapy and clinical skills.

We do not accept insurance payments for our services. This allows us to provide personalized, high-quality care without insurance companies dictating treatment modalities, session length, or frequency.

We keep our focus on what your body truly needs rather than administrative requirements. We do not bill insurance directly but all receipts are available in your client portal for easy submission to your insurance for reimbursement. We are able to accept HSA and FSA payment cards.
